The room is very large. It is large enough for a queen size bed, a computer desk/or love seat, cedar chest, and dresser. There is furniture in the room(cedar chest, a small table, and dresser. There is 11/2 bathrooms. The main bathroom has a walk in shower. There is two parking stalls behind the unit. There is central air, central vacuum, gas fire place in the living room. The living room has a 42’ tv that anyone can use to watch movies ( has Netflix, prime, Disney+, and some streaming channels. Also, can be used to play games on. The town house is within walking distance to Walmart and Clareview Rec Centre. Close to bus stops and the LRT. Five minutes away from Manning Cross where you can shop, you can eat at amazing restaurants, and you can have a great evening watching the game at local pubs or see a movie.
I am a 56 year old female who is semi retired. I like to be busy and tend to be in and out of the house. The other roommate is a 22 year old male who is very quiet and tends to keep to himself. He is very polite but tends to be a little shy.
