I have a 2 bed, 2 bath condo in South Calgary. Looking for someone to share the condo as my roommate. It’s 10-15 mins (depending on traffic) from the South Health Campus or Shawnessey.

The room is just off the kitchen and is big enough to fit a king-size bed against the wall or queen in the middle.

You would have your own bathroom (but pretty please, can I take a bath every once in a while lol), shared kitchen and living room. The condo is already fully furnished, but the room itself is not. So, if you like to cook, I probably have it, but for warning, I don’t really cook lol. There is laundry that would be shared with me. The rent includes utilities and internet, but you would buy your own groceries and toiletries. There is transit in the area, but this property is more accessible if you drive, and parking is on the street.

If you have a dog, that’s okay! I love dogs. But, I am so sorry, I love kitties too, but I am very allergic :(. If you have a dog, I do have to apply to the board for permission before I can approve the lease, but the building is dog-friendly! I do have friends with dogs, so they would have to be people and dog-friendly.

The area has everything you need within walking distance (groceries, gym, cafes, restaurants, shops, gas, etc.), but big, named stores (Superstore, Walmart, Canadian Tire, etc.) are in Shawnessey or Seton.

I am a working professional in HR. I work a Monday-Friday type job, but I do get up early to get ready–I am pretty accommodating to any schedule. So, if you work shift work–that’s okay, I am great at adapting. I am super friendly and outgoing, not in a pushy way. I like snowboarding, hiking, reading, hanging out with my friends, and going to the gym. I am very clean, but also easy-going. All I ask is if you make a mess, clean it up lol. I live alone and don’t have any pets, but I do have some plants. I don’t mind people coming over, as my friends come over for wine nights–but again, I am super accommodating if you work shift work. I am LGBTQ+ friendly and cannabis friendly. The condo is kinda cannabis friendly..we can talk about it.
