I have a 2 bed, 2 bath condo in South Calgary. Looking for someone to share the condo as my roommate. It’s 10-15 mins (depending on traffic) from the South Health Campus or Shawnessey.

The room is just off the kitchen and is big enough to fit a king-size bed against the wall or queen in the middle.

You would have your own, shared kitchen and living room. The condo is fully furnished, but the room itself is not, I’m not opposed to you brining things you would like to be outside of your room either! There is laundry that would be shared with me. The rent includes utilities and internet, but you would buy your own groceries, laundry stuff, and toiletries. There is transit in the area and parking is on the street.

If you have a dog, that’s okay! I love dogs. But, I am so sorry, I love kitties too, but I am very allergic :(. If you have a dog, I do have to apply to the board for permission before I can approve the lease, but the building is dog-friendly! I do have friends with dogs, so they would have to be people and dog-friendly. I believe it’s a $100 non-refundable pet fee one-time.

The area has everything you need within walking distance (groceries, gym, cafes, restaurants, shops, gas, etc.), but big, named stores (Superstore, Walmart, Canadian Tire, etc.) are in Shawnessey or Seton.

I am a working professional. I work a Monday-Friday type job, but I am pretty accommodating to any schedule. So, if you work shift work–that’s okay, I am great at adapting.

I am super friendly and outgoing but also enjoy quiet nights at home with a movie or book. You’ll typically find me snowboarding, hiking, reading, hanging out with my friends, and going to the gym.

I am very clean. All I ask is if you make a mess, clean it up lol.

I live alone and don’t have any pets, but I do have some plants. I am LGBTQ+ and cannabis friendly.
