–Location Features– 4-story Building No Elevators 5 Bedroom Apartment, each with it’s own personal bathroom, including the one for rent The room comes with a Bed Frame, a Desk/Table, and a Closet The bathroom comes with a stand-up shower/bathtub, and obviously, the sink and toilet The apartment comes with a living room, a kitchen, A laundry, and a dryer All bills except hydro are covered in the rent. Hydro bills are dependant on energy usage and are payed every month or two, as a split between the 5 people living there The back of the building has a small parking space, which needs to be reserved and isn’t included with the room. Anything else seen in the pictures and videos is not included
