Both rooms are located on the second floor and are approximately 140 sq ft with large windows and walk-in closets. A full washroom on the second floor is shared between two tenants. The first floor offers shared spaces including an open-concept kitchen with a balcony, a comfortable living room, and a powder room. The home also includes a washer and dryer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fenced backyard, and driveway parking. EV charging is available at an extra cost. This house is conveniently located near several TTC routes, including the Keelesdale LRT station, as well as the York Recreation Centre, grocery stores and restaurants. Please note that the rental is not pet-friendly due to tenant allergies and smoking is not permitted inside the house.
