📍 39 Niagara Street, downtown — very close to the waterfront, small mall nearby, streetcar stop right outside, and a new subway station opening soon.

It’s a one-bedroom apartment — you can either take a room or take a separated zone with curtains (we were doing this with my previous roommate). Open to both options.

🏢 Building amenities: pool, gym, sauna, steam room, movie theatre, rooftop & BBQ area. Fully pet-friendly.

🐱 I have three oriental cats (they can be vocal sometimes). I’m very clean and take great care of them. Pets are welcome.

About me: I work a lot, rarely home, almost never cook, quiet, respectful, and easy to live with.
