The neighbourhood is steps from cafés, groceries, 4 min walk to gym with hated pool, TTC, and just a 15 minute walk to High Park, perfect balance of quiet and city life.

You’ll be sharing the space with me and my Bengal cat, Kiki 🐈. I’m respectful, independent, and I value a calm, balanced home. I keep to myself but I’m also open to friendly chats and the occasional hangout.

I work/study from home, though I also travel occasionally, so the apartment stays quiet and steady. I really appreciate a tidy, uncluttered environment and I’m looking for someone who feels the same.
