About the room
Hey! We have 2 rooms for rent in our 3 bedroom, 1 ½ bath townhouse. One room could be used as a bedroom, with the other as an office, or anything else you would like! The one room currently has a TV wall mount in it, and there is Ethernet cable run to the other! There is storage available in the basement, along with the in-unit laundry. Everything else in the property (kitchen, living room, full and half bath) is shared. Your rent includes utilities, internet and a share of basic groceries (margarine, milk, cream etc,) but if you want I’m sure we can group all groceries together if you’d like! There is also a fenced backyard, with a concrete block pad, and a BBQ (that we will eventually be updating) if that interests you at all!
Ideal roommate would be a single person, but willing to accommodate the right couple, or two individuals if necessary. MUST be someone who is LGBTQ+ friendly. We also have 3 cats who unfortunately don’t get along with other animals, so additional pets are really difficult to impossible to accommodate. About the roomies
I currently work night shift, and my partner is currently in-between work (desperately seeking it,) just getting causal work here and there, but mostly working a night shift schedule as well. We have been together for nearly a decade, and enjoy relaxing during our down time, often with tv, movies and gaming. We have 3 cats who we ADORE even when they’re being little demons. We’re pretty easy-going, animal lovers. Hopefully we can make a great set of roommates for you!
