What We Are Looking For in a Roommate: Working professional or mature student who: • Keeps shared spaces clean after each use • Has a proven record of consistently paying rent on time • Communicates openly and treats others with respect • Is quiet, considerate, and mindful of household expectations (Quiet hours: 11 p.m.–7 a.m.)
The following are NOT permitted: Pets • Indoor Smoking/Vaping • Illegal drug use • Excessive drinking leading to disruptive behaviour • Parties • Overnight guests
The Application Process: The following will be conducted/required: • References check • Proof-of-Employment/Proof-of-Funds i.e. recent pay stubs, income statements or funds.
First and last month’s rent is required before your move-in date.
