Hi all! We are looking for a new roommate (to rent the room displayed) for the upcoming 2026 fall-2027 summer school year.

This will not be a sublet rather we are hoping to re-sign our current lease, just with new roommates!

-7 min drive to campus -15/20 min bus -near longos, food basics, gas stations, LCBO, etc -3 bathrooms, 2 showers -near a bunch of walks and trails -parking included -utilities excluded -wifi payed for -fully furnished living spaces (bedroom will not be)

We currently have 3 other rooms which will be occupied by 3 girls currently in 3rd year.
