I am a quiet single woman in my early 60s. I sometimes work from home and sometimes commute. When home I spend most of my time in the living room. I currently live alone. There is a separate apartment downstairs rented by a lovely young couple who are also very quiet. My last roommate was very happy here. He lived here from 2020 until he bought a house in December. He still comes to visit the cats and me. The house is currently under construction as I am adding a new bedroom for myself and a larger balcony. Construction should be completed by the end of February.
