About the room
The kitchen is shared along with one bedroom. There’s only one living room, which I use and as I sometimes have my kids, I plan to keep that separate from the rental. Big window in the bedroom. Right now I have a loft bed in there so a person could easily put a couch underneath and set up a tv and other furniture underneath. I can also have that removed if needed. It’s a double.
