About the room
Hello! I am listing a shared apartment with a semi-private loft area that can be converted into a sleeping area with a bed or futon! Internet and electricity included at 700$ a month, furnished with tons of books (feel free to borrow!), shared bathroom and kitchen area. It is a nice quiet place, which I have lived in for 5 years and love in the downtown Vernon area right by Nature’s Fare. All downtown is within walking distance! There is also an open balcony attached to the bedroom which will be shared, of course! Beautiful in the summer with some furniture.
About the roomies
I’m a 40 year old woman who works several jobs, and also owns a cat (he is very friendly and cuddly). If you’re looking for something cozy and fairly affordable with a pretty quiet and laid back roomie, this apartment might be the fit for you! Please enquire with any questions!
