About the room

Two bedrooms on the top floor of a triplex located in North York (main intersection is Jane and Lawrence W). I’m looking for one roommate. There’s a shared bathroom, shared kitchen, and a shared living room. There’s a washer and dryer in the basement and parking spot available. It’s $2800/month ($1400 per person). Wifi isn’t included. I can offer a single bed (with trundle) if needed. First and last month’s rent needed.
