It’s a shared main floor apartment, one private bedroom, the shared rooms are kitchen, living room, and bathroom. There is a designated parking space and a few visitors spots. It’s a very small community with its own garbage and recycling collection bins. Theres a shared coin laundry facilities on site. It is located right in the middle of Manotick, only 15 - 20 minutes from Barrhaven, Nepean, and Richmond. It’s right on the Rideau River, and there’s a cute park just behind the back yard, with a spot to launch kayaks and canoes.

I’m a very quiet 22 year old woman. I usually keep to myself. I work Monday to Friday 7-5 in Contrustion. I have two dogs one medium, and one large. They are super friendly and love meeting new people. When I’m at work the smaller dog is crated. I can keep both dogs in my room when I am out of the house if needed. Wifi is the only bill not included and it’s $22 a month.
