Lease takeover for furnished room with private bathroom in 3-bed 3-bath unit at Voda Apartments (Kootenay II). Moving for work reasons so am looking to transfer lease ASAP. Apartment is furnished and comes with free internet along with a $50 monthly utilities credit. Wonderful building and location with beautiful gym and common areas. Room-specific lease goes until November 30th, 2026 and then becomes month-to-month. July rent is free.
