Retired Chinese couple has a room for rent in the safe and desirable SW neighbourhood of Oakridge. Centrally located, walking distance to South Glenmore Park, and close by Co-op grocery store, and Southland Leisure Centre. The house is beside bus stop 780. Only a 15 minute bus ride to Southland train station.

The large sunny south facing bedroom comes furnished with a bed, a desk, and a dresser. You will also have your own private bathroom and living room space area. Plenty of parking available on the street.

All utilities and high speed internet included in the rent. Rent is $700/month. Home cooked meals also available for additional small fee. Pets are negotiable.
