Only a 15 minute bus ride to Southland train station.

The large sunny south facing bedroom located on the second floor comes furnished with a bed, a desk, and a dresser. Plenty of parking available on the street.

All utilities and high speed internet included in the rent. Rent is $650/month. Home cooked meals available. Pets are negotiable.
