Hi! Looking for a roommate (would prefer no men) to move in with me and my two cats (no more pets unfortunately). The above-ground suite is located near the PNE. Rent is $920/month, utilities included in that, access to the laundry room 3 days a week (shared with the landlord’s parents who live upstairs!), wifi an extra $40/month. The room is unfurnished.

A bit about me: early 30s Coast Salish woman, full time student who also works as a baker at a local dessert shop and has a casual position as a Recreation Assistant. I like reading books and watching movies and making art and sometimes having a friend or two over for brunch, as well as going on wanders through the forest or wanders through the city trying different coffee spots. I need home to be a calm/safe space, with someone comfortable with open communication and keeping spaces clean. Looking for a good mix of being social but also respecting quiet/alone time.
