About the room

I’m looking for a new roommate as my current roommate is moving out to live on her own. The unit is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment with a shared kitchen and living space, located on the second floor of a small, purpose-built rental building in Rosedale. The bedroom is unfurnished and includes a closet. Shared areas are furnished; some furniture will be taken by my roommate, but I will be replacing those items. Photos are from before we moved in.

The apartment is a short bus ride from Rosedale Station, and close to Evergreen Brick Works, Summerhill Market, great cycling paths, and access to the Beltline Trail.

About the roomies

I’ve lived here for two years, it’s a great building with friendly neighbours and a responsive landlord. You’d be sharing the apartment with me: a healthcare worker in my late 30s who works in-office most days and from home 1–2 days per week.
