Location is safe, quiet, and peaceful, yet convienient with just a 10 minute walk to downtown and two minutes to the closest bus stop. The Otonabee river and walking trails are very close by.

The neighbours are quiet and friendly, and property management is phenomenal. Maintainence issues are addressed quickly.

I’m a queer/non-binary working professional in my late twenties. I’m a homebody when I’m not working and largely keep to myself, though I do enjoy chatting and hanging out.

I have two cats, one of whom is older and very well-behaved. The younger one is still a kitten and runs wild sometimes, but he’s friendly and doesn’t damage property.

I prefer a clean, quiet, and predictable space. I value emotional maturity and consideration of others.
