About the room

One large, private bedroom available in the basement of a family, friendly home with separate bathroom. The room is fully furnished ( please see pictures). Laundry on site. The kitchen is shared with the homeowners and one other tenant upstairs. Shared use of backyard ( bbq deck and outdoor fireplace). Guests are welcome with notice please. Looking for someone that is friendly and tidies up after themselves, and loves animals.

About the roomies

The homeowners are mature working adults in their 50s, with one adult daughter in her twenties living at home. One other tenant living upstairs in his late 20s. We love animals. We have three dogs and two cats. We are friendly individuals, that like a clean home. We have many different interests. Reading, gardening, baking, drawing, to name a few.
