The rent is $1,000 paid to the landlord, around $100 for hydro, and smaller, additional costs for wifi/insurance. There is ensuite laundry, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, and an air fryer (that you can use if you ask first!) I’ll be sure to give the place a thorough clean before you move in. The room is 9’2 feet wide and 13’11 feet long, which is 127.57 square feet, and it has two closets. The place is LGBTQ+ friendly, including trans and nonbinary individuals.
