Tenants are responsible for keeping shared spaces clean. Shared spaces include the backyard which includes a fire pit. Street parking is available and driveway in winters (snow route). The basement suit is shared with an U of M international student (speaks fluent English and Spanish). Landlord is upstairs with one small dog. We are respectful and communicative.
