A large 2-bedroom apt near Bathurst and St.Clair to share with one other female. The unit has a balcony and a large living space. There is coin laundry in the building. There is also underground parking for a fee (if spaces are available) or free street parking.

I am looking for a female roommate, ideally a working professional or mature student. The rent is $1100 plus $50 for internet. All utilities are included in that price (electricity, water, etc).

The room is available immediately, there are some furnishings in the room which can stay or be thrown out.

I am a working female, I am often away from the house on weekends. I enjoy Pilates in my spare time.
