Hello I am seeking a roomate. I have a upstairs bedroom for rent it has a bed and a dresser. The bathroom kitchen and laundry is shared. Utilities are included. . Female is preferred.

Me and my daughter live here it is a full sized house. There is room for parking if needed. You can grow a small garden if wanted. I work full-time. I do not drink or party. I am relatively clean. Cannabis outside is okay. Smoking outside is okay. No hard drugs. No smoking inside. I do not smoke. Small dog may be considered. There is a cat already in the house.
