Separate entry, small, private back outdoor space (unfurnished). Parking for a small car. 7 minutes from ufv and veddar river. The suite is daylight, ground level with big windows. Each room has a desk. There is a walking trail at the driveway that is wonderful.

I live upstairs with my old Bernese mtn dog. I work full time and am usually quiet.
