• washroom with a stand up shower and bath. -can have their own fridge in the basement( separate too the main one
• For size reference ( the room can fit 4 king beds) -its a 4 bedroom house
• 2 play areas for kids -washer is shared -all utilities are included , as well as wifi
• the room is not furnished
• I am not looking for the perfect roommate but an understanding one, someone who’s honest ( bout their job, credit score , etc) someone who is respectful, i dont care about credit score, as long as you pay your rent and your kind thats all that matters

we are a small family of 4, im mom and have 3 children. My partner and i have just split which is why i am looking for a roommate, i cant afford to continue to live here myself. I do work from home, so i will be home 80% of the time but my kids are in school. We will be getting a dog next week, so if your scared or allergic this wont work out. We have family function at least once a month, we have a huge family and i would love someone would is outgoing. Someone who would love to be apart of these gatherings, bed time at our house is usually 8pm, so if possible we would appreciate just quiet time while I put the kids to bed . If you have a child we have a play area in the front of the house and in the basement.
