🌿i’m looking to rent out my spare bedroom! there are two bathrooms in the house but if you are open to having the (slightly) smaller one, we can split them up and each have our own private bathrooms, otherwise i’m happy to share both. 🌿shared living room/kitchen. the house includes so many amazing things such as a fireplace, a super pretty spiral staircase, a washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, lots of natural light, an enclosed backyard, and so much character. sadly no pets allowed :( i don’t personally drink (often) or smoke at all but i am fine with it if you do as long as you’re respectful of the shared spaces. 🌿located in south vancouver very close to marine drive, bus routes within a short walking distance. 🌿if you’re interested please send me a message with a brief description about yourself so i can get to know you!
