About the room
REPOSTED! My roommates and I (2 female, 1 male) are trying to find an additional roommate for our four bedroom-two bathroom house. Room is unfurnished but we offer a twin size bed frame. Windows are big so sunlight can offer ample lighting during the day. Overlooks the front yard. Laundry in-suite with big kitchen space. Utilities (hydro and water) and wifi are separate but total cost is halved between the basement and main floor so it won’t be too big. Just twelve-minute walk to Kennedy station, via shortcut, and a bus stop six minutes away. Both line 2 and 5 are accessible, so you can go almost anywhere.
Preferable female occupants, student or working professionals

- ability to pay first and last month deposit
- proof of income either from yourself or guarantor
- proof of identity, any valid IDs

About the roomies
We are college friends who also happen to be queer. Despite our introverted nature, we are very friendly with people especially if you happen to belong in fandoms. As for work times, I am usually a morning person while my other roommate is a night owl. At times, we will be having friends over but you won’t need to worry as we usually hide in our dens mostly.
