You also have your own personal refrigerator, microwave and kettle. We share the bathroom. You must be a very clean and quiet person. The neighborhood, and my home are very clean and very quiet. Non smoking home 🚫 and no pets permitted. You must be working full-time, and can provide proof of employment, such as pay stubs. References are also required.
