I’m looking for a sublet to rent my amazing bedroom with full 3pc ensuite bathroom from Late April to Late December.

The room features a bay window, queen bed, decorative fireplace, and is furnished. Most of my personal effects will be removed before sublet.

Located near Dalhousie Campus and right on the 1 bus route, 15 min walk downtown.

Access to full house as well, sharing the house with (summer pending) 4 other girls as of September; although most of the rooms in this MASSIVE house are empty for the period of sublet.

I am looking for a clean, quiet, respectful sublet who will treat the room and house as their own. I am not interested in any damage done to the apartment as I am under extremely strict rules in my lease, esp. about parties. No pets.

You will have the whole house to yourself from May to the end of August. At that point my 4 kind female roommates will move in! They are the perfect balance between quiet/independent and fun to hang out with or go out to the bar! I am looking for someone who will match their energy and either contribute to their vibe or do their own thing! Our house is a community.
