Large bedroom with own bathroom in a beautiful recently updated home in a quiet & safe but accessible neighbourhood. Everything you could need is nearby including grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants, public transit, highways, hiking, biking, golf, arena, parks, entertainment. I’m offering this room unfurnished as I’d prefer someone looking for longer term who wants to make this their home. However, I may be open to consider furnishing depending on the situation. I’d also prefer a female but will consider all potential roomies including those looking for a shorter term stay. It says available March 1 but I’d be willing to consider sooner for the right fit. By April 1st would be most ideal. Currently there is a 3 door white wardrobe in the room. I have a shed that can be used to store outdoor items if needed. There’s a good size backyard with views of the tree filled escarpment, it’s really pretty in the fall. Some bills are included but we can discuss as it really depends how often someone is home- The bills are quite low.

I’m friendly and enjoy being social but also like to keep a quiet, relaxed home because I enjoy recharging by myself. I believe mutual respect, communication and cleanliness are very important. I have a cat, she’s very sweet and does not bite or scratch. Shes a senior and because of this I don’t think I could have any other pets in the house ~ for now.
