I am a young professional renting out a bedroom in my two-storey condo. The upper level consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a laundry room. The lower level is an open space kitchen and living room, with a half bathroom.

This specific bedroom includes a private bathroom, walk in closet, balcony and parking space in a heated garage. The bedroom has a locked door for privacy.

You will sharing the house with two roommates who are siblings (one male, one female).

The atmosphere of this house is very quiet, clean, considerate and respectful. None of the occupants smoke or drink, and we are all working professionals. Rules for house guests will be discussed and agreed upon by everyone prior to move in. Date available is May 1, 2026.
