Room for rent in McKenzie Lake with private, full bathroom (not en-suite) on the first floor in house with a giant dog and two cats from a smoke and children free couple. The room is pet free. We share the kitchen, you have access to laundry/dryer. Parking on the street. Utilities (gas, water, electricity, wi-fi) included. We have limited storage possibility. We are looking for a non-smoker person with sober(ish), responsible lifestyle. We also request references from two previous landlords or from the last 5 years and a proof of income.

We are a mid age professional couple with organized and quiet lifestyle. No children, but we have a giant intact male dog and two spayed/neutered cats. Friends are coming over once a month.
