I’m looking for a roommate. I live in a two-story upper unit of a 4-plex on McIntyre off 1st Ave. Some house features:
- 3 bedrooms, all on the top floor. One is used as an office.
- 1 full bathroom upstairs, 1 half bathroom downstairs
- Washer and Dryer
- Mini countertop dishwasher
- Large living room tv - streaming only, but there’s Netflix!
LGBTQ+ friendly, 420 friendly if you 💨 outside. No drugs. Any gender welcome, but I only have room for 1 person.
Sorry, no pets - I’m already at the max allowed by property management. Must be okay with cats. Must have references.
