The ALMA building has modern, fully furnished student apartments about a 2-minute walk from Dalhousie. All utilities +internet are included in the rent. The building is clean. The bedrooms come with a double bed, desk, chair, and wardrobe, and the living/kitchen area is already set up with a couch, table. The building also has a study lounge a games room with pool and ping pong, a small gym, and laundry on site. It’s a really convenient spot, especially if you want to be close to campus.

I’m in my 2nd year at Dal in Sept 2026. My 2 roommates are away on a co-op placement/ exchange next year and I’m looking for new student roommates(18-23 years old). I’m pretty laid back, clean, and easy to live with. I like to go out in Halifax on the weekends, go to the gym, play rugby but also keep things chill during the week for school. I currently live in a 3 bedroom apartment but if we find more than 2 roommates( aged 18-23 years old), we could move into a 4 or 5 bedroom which would reduce the rent.
