Hey Toronto Home Zone, I am currently renting out the second bedroom with closet on the 2nd floor of a beautiful century home located in the trendy West Queen West neighbourhood. After 3 years of enjoyment at the house, my awesome roommate is moving out for an exciting new adventure and I will sadly need to find someone to replace her. Therefore, the call is now open and am seeking out a kind, responsible, and friendly individual that can take over her space.
You would be renting out one of 2 bedrooms within a large apartment on the second floor of a century-old redstone house. The apartment consists of a large kitchen with gas stove and island, spacious living room with bay window, dining room, and 2 washrooms both equipped with showers. A/C and heating units are installed in both rooms and living room, and in-unit laundry located in the front washroom.
The apartment is located in the trendy and highly-walkable west end between West Queen West and Little Portugal. It is only steps away from major grocery stores for those that like to cook, and is right beside two main transit lines to get you quickly moving north or east. It is also situated within in a lively and beautiful older neighbourhood host to some fun local shops and hidden treasures!
About the roomies
As for myself, Iβm an early-30s responsible working professional who works from home twice a week. Iβd consider myself a kind, open-minded, and fairly laid back individual. While Iβm relatively quiet at first, once my battery is charged, I love to socialize and engage with others! During my down time, you can typically find me out with my friends or partner, checking out the local coffee scene, travelling around, or simply just trying to keep my plants alive! π±π© When at home, I take effort in keeping the common spaces clean, organized, and comfortable β the kind of place that feels calm, clean, and welcoming, and a bit magazine-ready for when the unexpected guest comes around. While not overly particular, I do appreciate a generally tidy, clutter-free space and a shared effort to keep things looking nice.
