About the room
The room is private and quite spacious! It has large new windows inside. The neighborhood is quiet and mainly senior and family occupied. Close to a bus stop and gas station. Parking is public on the street. There is a garage, spacious backyard and parking pad at the very back. I own the washer and dryer but they are free for you to use!
I do have 2 cats so that will have to be okay with that! Cat litter and feeding them is my responsibility.
I have a 3rd room that will be cleared out from a previous roommate. We can negotiate whether or not you will need the extra room or not!
Internet is split 50/50 ($50 on your end). All utilities are included in the $830 rent amount.
The room will come unfurnished. I have a roommate in the room right now until SEPTEMBER 2026.
Cannabis smoking allowed OUTSIDE ONLY! Vaping allowed inside.
About the roomies
