Bright and spacious room available on the third floor of a house in a beautiful Victoria location, very close to the ocean. The space has a newly renovated kitchen, laundry on site, and a balcony for fresh air and outdoor space. Transit is extremely convenient, with easy access to bus routes- only one bus to Camosun or UVic. Super walkable area with plenty nearby. Overall, it’s a comfortable, well-kept space that would be a great fit for a student looking for a clean and convenient place to live.

Hi I’m Natalia! I’m a nursing student at Camosun, and I love spending time outdoors, working out (would love a Pilates or gym buddy!), and trying out new cafes to study at. I also love travelling, meeting new people, and having great conversations. I enjoy a balance of socializing and quiet downtime. I like calm evenings at home, and I’m often up early for clinicals/work. Most of my evenings and weekends I spend studying, and I like to stay busy whenever I can.
I’m very clean, tidy, and organized, and I’d love to meet someone who shares the same values. I don’t smoke or vape, and would prefer a roommate who doesn’t either. I have a sweet senior ragdoll cat, so you’d need to be comfortable with cats. I’m hoping to find a friendly and kind roommate to share a comfortable, peaceful home with- someone who’s respectful of shared spaces but also enjoys socializing when the time is right!
