Short term rentals welcome, longer term rentals preferred.
No smoking, parties, or drugs. Please try to keep noise level low, especially during the evening hours from 11pm and 7am. Cats and smaller dogs are welcome as long as they are well groomed and well behaved.
Rent includes all utilities (water, electricity, internet). There is street parking but it can be tough to get a spot. Parking is available for rent at $50/month. Communal bicycle storage also available.
