About the room
I’m looking for a roommate (preferably female) to fill a room in our rental house on a year-long lease starting September 1st. The room is $450/month, with $17/month for Wi-Fi. All other utilities are included. The house is a 15-minute walk from the university, with a bus stop right out front. Street parking is available, and there’s shared access to the yard. Laundry is shared with the basement tenant. The room is unfurnished, no pets are allowed, and a cleaning deposit is required. There is also an option for an earlier move-in in August. About the roomies
Very clean and easygoing. I might need to fill two rooms. One roommate is definitely leaving in April, and the other may be moving as well
