Hello! I’m moving out and I’m trying to help my roommate fill 2rooms in a 3bed 1bath house. There are 2 cats already so no more cats/dogs but a caged animal might be allowed. You have access to a backyard and a decent sized covered deck. Both rooms can fit a queen size bed with a dresser and night stand( for reference) there is a shed where you can have access to as well. My roommate is really sweet and always pays rent on time. They’re usually home most days. Smokes weed, reads, big on crafting and socializing with friends.
