Carlton area, Edmonton, close to Henday and to many amenities. Small split level duplex. Upstairs is the living room, dining room and half bath and office. Down stairs is 3 bedrooms, full bath, laundry room. Attached single garage. Large fenced yard, covered patio with seating, all to share. Bedroom is furnished with smart tv, queen bed and side tables, and has a closet, but is on the smaller side. But you will have access to the entire home.

I have 3 cats, but I am open to the possibility of accepting pets, dependent on a meet and greet with my cats to see if it will work. There would be a monthly pet fee of $50 Utilities and internet included.

I am a 43 year old female, who works full time for the Government of Alberta I work shift work, 6 on, 3 off, evening and days. I am active, spend some time away and out at the gym or with friends. But I also enjoy time at home watching netflix. Non smoker, social drinker, drug free.
