The property has a nice garden in the back next to a quiet alley. Angrignon metro and park are a 6 minute walk. All shopping is available within less than a kilometer. Walmart, Maxi, Canadian Tire and the Angrignon mall. The neighbourhood is quiet as well with only a little traffic. There is street parking. It is an attached home, but I hardly hear the neighbours on either side. The room gets great light. All kitchen dishes, pots and pans, etc. are shared. I keep the place clean, some help with cleaning is wanted. This is a non-smoking facility.

I am the only one living here. I am retired and pursuing art full time. I am quiet,, respectful, private, and very easy to get along with.
