Looking for two people who might be interested in renting each of the rooms. The larger room has a king bed and the smaller has a double. Our ideal situation would be someone who is here for a work practicum/student semester, open to shorter terms.

This is a furnished garden level (lots of light) suite. Located near the Vedder river, peach park area.

Parking is limited (1 spot in driveway and very little on the street as we live in a culdesac), the size of the suite likely does not suit a family of 4++, best for a couple, single or two persons. This suite is above ground.

Furnished & utilities included. This suite has everything, all you need to bring is your personal items.

We are really looking for the right arrangement for you and for our family and as a result we are approaching this process with care, happy to be flexible in some areas :). We are open to one dog, but because we have animals it would have to be the right fit. The entrance to the suite is private and you have access to your own grass area that is blocked off.

Bathroom has heated floors and towel warmer, clawfoot tub, the king mattress is a fairmont mattress and a farmhouse sink. There’s a covered patio for your use. It includes a barbecue.

Laundry is included in your suite (stacker).

We are located 10 mins walk from the peach road river entrance, on a quiet street/awesome neighbourhood.

Our price includes utilities, internet. This unit was recently renovated and has had no expense spared! All the furnishings were hand picked and are new/in immaculate condition.
