There is no central A/C, though window or portable units are allowed. As an older building, some neighbour noise can occur, but shared spaces are kept clean and respectful. Water is included in the rent; hydro, gas, water heater rental, and internet are not.

The available room is approximately 100 sq ft with a large window and closet, painted a neutral green with a white projector wall. It can be rented furnished or unfurnished, with a bed, desk, dresser, and shelves available if needed. Rent is $1100 per month plus utilities, with first and last month required. Proof of employment and references are expected, and a long-term tenant is preferred.

The household is queer-affirming and inclusive, with an emphasis on friendly, respectful communication. Music, movie nights, and guests are welcome within reason.
