Room available in a ground floor condo located in central Abbotsford! Very close to the highway, transit, UFV, shopping and food.

The room available is 10’ x 9’ 4“ , with an additional 2’ x 4’ closet. There is another 2’ x 1’ 6“ closet space just outside of the room that would be available for you to use aswell. The private bathroom is also just outside of the bedroom and has a bathtub/shower. (Shown in pictures)

(IMPORTANT: the room is currently being used for storage so I didn’t include any pictures of it, but if I find a roommate I will have everything moved into a storage locker and the room painted and cleaned in short order. I can of course send you pictures of the room as is if you would like though)

I live alone with my dog, a 3 year old male chocolate lab. The dog is great with other animals and people!

My home life is very quiet. When I’m at work, my dog goes to daycare and is never left alone in the condo without me for more than an hour. When I’m at home I’m generally just relaxing; either reading or watching a movie.

I consider myself kind and respectful of people and their space and would want any potential roommate to be the same!
