Roommate Wanted – Basement Room in 3-Bedroom House We’re looking for one roommate to rent a room in the basement of a quiet three-bedroom house. The room is spacious, clean, and offers a bit of extra privacy being on its own level. Details:

• Pets welcome You’d be living with three respectful, easygoing housemates who value a clean and relaxed home environment. We’re looking for someone responsible, tidy, and considerate. Rent: $1000 / month includes utilities

There is three of us, one female and my boyfriend and I. I do all the cooking, I’d be willing to cook for you as well for a price. We garden all summer, like to sit on the patio or have a little propane fire, lots of room in the back for activities such as basket ball , badminton or kicking a soccer ball around. We have a dog, she’s adorable, she’s 9yrs old and blind, but still loves to play fetch. We keep the house clean, this room would be great for someone who likes to be social or anti-social.
