Hi there, We have a three-bedroom house with a suite on the side, and we are renting the basement room, there is a bed in the room if you need one, or we can have it removed. There’re a washer and dryer in the basement but otherwise it will be your own area. Upstairs there’s huge kitchen, one bathroom, lots of storage area, the living room and dining room are combined. We have a massive garden you will be able to access, tons of fresh veggies and herbs all summer! There’s parking in the back, we have a patio with a swing set, there’s lot of extra room, we have a propane fire pit, there’s a shed for tools, bikes, or storage. We are located on the gorge very close to the water or Hecklers.

There is three people you would be living one female in one of the rooms and my boyfriend and I in the other one. I do all the cooking for them; I would be willing to cook for you as well for a price. We garden all summer, we like to sit on the patio or have a little propane fire, there’s lots of room in the back for activities such as basket ball , badminton or kicking a soccer ball around. We have a dog, she’s adorable, she’s 9yrs old and blind, but still loves to play fetch. My boyfriend is very handy, not only did he make the garden, but he also fixes everything for us, makes us shelves, works on the vehicles. We keep the house clean, this room would be great for someone to likes to be social or anti-social. Please let me know if you’re interested. I will add pictures soon.
