The apartment has a kitchen (induction stovetop, oven, dishwasher), in-suite laundry (washing machine and dryer) and a balcony. The building has a small cinema room, gym, heated and outside parking (not included) and open roof for reunions/gatherings. The building is pet friendly; however, there will be a need to disclose that and an added cost to the deposit if preferred.

I’m a 22-year-old male. I recently graduated college and I’m focusing on my job on IT more than anything. I’m a non-smoker. I like cooking and sharing. I’m not extremely strict with stuff outside of payments and cleanliness in common areas. Aside from me, there is currently no other roommate/person on this apartment
