The unit is on the 3rd floor in a safe residential neighbourhood, has a dishwasher, balcony, microwave, and is furnished with all the basics but you’re welcome to bring whatever you want, but please note the room itself is unfurnished, aside from a full sized mattress if you want it! (Brand new, I’m the manager of a mattress store lol) The living room and your room get tonnes of natural light too.
