1 bedroom available in 2+1 bed, 2 bath condo with shared living/common room and kitchen. Laundry in the unit, shared locker included. North-facing unit with large windows and tall ceilings. You’ll have access to building amenities (party room, common villas, gym, bike parking, etc.) and we have 24-hour concierge. TTC station is less than a minute away from the building, 10 minute walk to Eaton Centre, Chinatown, multiple grocery stores 1 block away.

Both of us are in our 20s and working professionals. We’re approaching the 1-year mark in our unit and plan to continue staying here long-term - Common area furniture is still a bit of a work in progress. We value good communication and keeping our spaces clean for everyone’s enjoyment. We’re generally on the quieter side but we’re happy to hang out and try new food/drinks in the area together (or a good coupon deal!). We go to Costco every few weeks for bulk food and household items (and hot dogs). Vicky: Works remotely for a tech company with a standard 9-5 schedule. I’m a bit of a night owl - as a heads up since we’ll be sharing the washroom! In my free time I tend to focus on one interest at a time but I generally enjoy watching anime, working on cosplay (I suck at using a sewing machine), singing/karaoke, and some crafty things (recently cross stitching). Michael: Works for the government. Enjoys video games, rock climbing and reading manga/webtoons. Usually sleeps early on weekdays, occasionally goes out on weekends with friends. Smoking: We’re non-smokers, non-smokers highly preferred Alcohol: On occasion but not large parties
